Welcome to Crust & Crumb McCollum Artisan Bakery! Proudly serving friends in Manteca and surrounding areas. Our story is simple - What once was a hobby that was shared through social media. Became a small at-home weekend operation after a bunch of requests and being friendly bullied into this :). We're excited to offer our products for those looking for freshly baked bread, made with quality ingredients, without all the fillers. Our sourdough is made with four basic ingredients: salt, water, unbleached bread flour and love. Utilizing 100% stone ground wheat flour for our starter, our sourdough is made small batched and vegan friendly.
